The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free confidential service that can assist you with problems that interfere with your day to day activities. Your employer has chosen Cascade Centers, Inc., as your EAP provider. Eligible employees and dependents are covered. This confidential service provides telephone contact and/or in-person sessions as needed to assist you in completing an intake, assessment and referral.
