Organizational Resources
Determination of the process of management / supervisory referrals is guided by the policies and procedures of your company. Supervisors, managers, and personnel staff may make these referrals when they become concerned about an employee’s job performance, attendance, or behavior including positive results on laboratory alcohol / drug testing. We work with the employee to insure that the manager’s work performance expectations for the employee are met.
